Step 1: Please type the postcode in the search bar to the right until it appears in the search results for you to select. If you are not sure of the postcode, please click on the 'Use Map' tab above.
Step 2: The map to the right will now display the postal address that you have selected. Please check that this is accurate in the address fields below and select the ‘Confirm Address’ button at the bottom of the page. Alternatively select ‘Clear Address’ to start again.
Do not worry if the ‘Organisation Name’, 'Building Name' or 'Building Number/Street' lines are blank; some addresses do not always contain this detail (for example a residential address).
What to do if your postcode is not recognised?
Your postcode may not being registered with the Royal Mail address database. To search or register your address, please go to the postcode finder application on the Royal Mail web site.
